The Donn famiy welcomes you to their home and small family hotel. The rooms are cosy and individually decorated in a traditional style in keeping with the 100 year old building.
 
Rooms to the front have magnificant views over Oban bay. The hotel is ideal for ferry, train and bus travellers due to its location,. However we do not have a car park, the nearest pay and display car park is behind the hotel.
 
If you plan to visit the islands during your stay, we will provide a full cooked breakfast at 7.00am to allow you to catch the early boat if you wish.
 
If you wish to bring your pet on holiday they will be made very welcome, although they must be supervised at all times.
 
Golf, fishing, horse-riding, sailing and swimming are all available within a short distance.
 
Please note that as the hotel has a pets welcome policy it may not be suitable for people with pet alergies.
 
There is a central feature staircase in the hotel (and no lift), however the lowest bedrooms are on the second floor.
 
As a small family run hotel we hope that your stay with us will feel more like a home from home rather than just a hotel as it has been our home for 27 years.

Cancellations

• In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 7 day notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.

IMPORTANT: FULL PAYMENT WILL BE TAKEN AT TIME OF BOOKING. THE HOTEL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DECLINE BOOKINGS AT ANY TIME IF FULL PAYMENT IS NOT MADE AT TIME OF BOOKING. All bookings require a non refundable deposit equal to the value of the first night of booking.
